Apple FCU Education Foundation is proud to offer 20 scholarships of $2,000 each to deserving high school seniors throughout Northern Virginia who plan to attend community colleges and career/technical schools as well as four-year colleges and universities.

• Scholarship is exclusive to Apple members. Students who are members of Apple FCU or have a parent/guardian who is a member are eligible.
• Apple FCU will waive the membership fee for any student who wishes to join.
• An independent committee will select scholarship winners

Here are the scholarship qualifications:
• GPA: 2.8 or above.
• Candidate must demonstrate a strong commitment to the school and/or the community.

Scholarship timeline:
• March 1, 2010: Scholarship application packet must be postmarked no later than March 1, 2010. Applicants will receive confirmation e-mail from Apple on receipt of their packet.
• May 2010: Scholarship winners notified.
